I bought my house nearly two years ago, and now I'm confronted by negative equity! The mortgage has increased and I can't afford the repayments. The only option I have is to sell my house fast and start again from scratch, at the age of 37!

Great info. The kitchen is really important - especially the appearance of the cabinets. Refinishing them is an extremely affordable way to enhance them. This can save hundreds or thousands of dollars and the seller should get their money back.
