I love reality tv especially when it comes to the lifestyles of the rich and famous!
On Monday, November 13th at 9:00 pm EST on VH1 is the launching of a new reality show from Los Angeles, CA looking behind the scenes of the buying and selling of the high end homes of the rich and famous.
I hope you tune in and share your points of view with others on this blog. It should be fun to explore how to get the looks of the stars to help you sell your homes.

My head is swirling with information...thanks for the tip!
I caught an early taping of the show and it was better than I had expected. I will go over some staging points in a minute but I want to share my initial experience when the show started.
I was born and raised in LA and grew up in the San Fernando Valley, spent my teen years cruising up and down the Sunset Strip and Hollywood Blvd rubbing elbow's with celebrities and googling at the stars mansions.
This show brings me full circle because I still love googling the stars mansions. I remember on several occasions I would find myself sitting next to a celeb and just thinking how bland they looked in real life. My first career was actually styling wigs for the Carol Burnett Show. I would go to work on the Strip and spend the day making 20 santa wigs all look identical or curling ringlets to be worn on that weeks taping. The shows cast would stop by for a fitting and I never got tired of it...I was always thrilled.
I never get tired of the Hollywood sign either...it brings back images of my childhood and a comfort in the skin I am in...so when this show started I felt welcomed. I will not miss an episode!!!
Now, back to the issues at hand...I noticed some buzz words that are really important to people regardless of how much money they have...they are:
BIG SPACES
BIG CLOSETS
GREAT BATHROOM SINKS
LARGE SHOWERS
WALK IN WOW FACTOR
VIEW
UPDATED KITCHENS
ENTERTAINMENT AREAS
And then did you see the expressions of the real estate agents faces? NONE! These guys are like poker players. Bowls of jelly on the inside and stone on the outside...I loved it.
